FAMILY AND HISTORY
Jakub Springer (born 1874) moved from Pouzdřany to Bořetice and brought with him a family wooden press made by Abraham Taicz in 1807. This year has been a part of the logo of our business, Vinařství SPRINGER a.s.
Father Jaroslav Springer Sr. with his son Pavel and his family – his wife Naďa and sons Pavel and Adam - currently cultivate 5 hectares of their own vineyards.
The annual production is about 5,000 cases (30,000 bottles).
We enjoy our work and nobody in our family can imagine a life without vineyards and wine. We are rooted in vineyards as deeply as our grapevines – they are our true home.
