WINE TASTING
Culinary I – Summer (20th April – 30th August)
Wine tasting program:- Tasting red and white wines from a selected harvest and archive wines - presentation by maker
- Pig roasted on a spit and spread with a mixture of herbs and wine or young chickens brined in an earthenware pot and roasted over apricot wood with “cold” smoke
- Purchase of wines
Ordering: at least 14 business days in advance
Duration: 6 hours
May be prolonged for an extra fee
Price: CZK 1,500 per person
Culinary II – Winter (17th November – 20th April)
Wine tasting program:- Tasting red and white wines from a selected harvest and archive wines - presentation by maker
- Smoking meat in front of the wine cellar (bacon, smoked meat and sausages)
- Duck in SKALE red wine sauce with homemade potato dumplings
- Purchase of wines
