PHILOSOPHY
Everything we do is governed by our respect of nature and traditional values that have been linked with viticulture and winemaking in Moravia for generations.
We produce wines exclusively from our own grapes. Our aim is to produce and offer unmistakable , genuine wines with the hallmark of our vineyards.
With our wines, we would like to present our technique that, as we believe, cultivates our wines and has been the key to their success.
The final quality of our wines governs all aspects of their production: a low load of grapevines, environmental cultivation of the vineyards, hand-picking and wine-friendly grape pressing. We perform “green vintage” – some of the grapes are harvested before they are ripe so that the remaining grapes can ripen to top quality.
We use French oak barrique casks from top manufacturers such as Radoux and François Freres for bulk ageing. The sensory qualities of our wines are influenced only by natural processes.
